Who wins and why?

I believe Dabura wins because we know normally he's powerful but when Babidi put's them under his control they get even more powerful.

True. But the thing is Dabura fought pretty evenly with Gohan. After Gohan went SSJ2 against Cell, and Cell came back as Super Perfect Cell, they were pretty even. Now taking that into account, both Vegeta and Goku stated that Gohan was weaker then he was against Cell. So that makes me think. Either Cell can beat Dabura, but not so easily. Or Dabura, if he meditated longer could grow stronger then he was against Gohan. I don't know. I say Cell with, but with difficulties.

ya thats pretty tough. I think dabura and cell would be pretty evenly matched. But cell can regenerate and dabura cant so i give a slight advantage to cell.
