Who wins and why?

I give it to Supreme Kai. I'd like to hear other points of view also.

I give it to Supreme Kai as well. He's a Kai, duh lol.

I think it would be supreme Kia, but it would be very close.

I think Super Perfect Cell would definitely take this. I mean Supreme Kai was so frightened of Dabura and wouldn't even try fighting him. Although Dabura was toying with Gohan at least Gohan put up some sort of match against Dabura instead of just being in fear.

SPC just has way better techniques and has regeneration. I also think he's just flat out stronger than Supreme Kai. I mean Goku first estimated Dabura to be as strong as Cell then later said Dabura was stronger than he thought. So Dabura and Cell have to be around the same power level. If SPC is that close to Dabura then I don't see Supreme Kai winning at all.

My point, to honest, is the fact that Supreme Kai was scared of all of Babidi's minions, not just Dabura, but even Pui Pui. To me that says Supreme Kai can't really sense Ki. I remember when Kibito healed Supreme Kai, and they knew Buu was still alive because they sensed his "darkness". All Supreme Kai knew was that Babidi got the strongest fighters in the Universe, not actually knowing their PL. Supreme Kai did fight better against Buu than Gohan did, but Gohan was weaker then he was against Cell. I just think Supreme Kai is one of the most underrated characters in DB. And since SPC, as strong as he was, being only half of SSJ2 Gohan's PL, would fall to Supreme Kai at his full strength.

Yeah I never really looked at it that way before. But yeah it seems like Supreme Kai couldn't sense ki. Although I think Kibito could since after Old Kai did the ceremony on Gohan Kibito seems to sense that Gohan's stronger. He says something like "Good Gohans passed his previous limitations". So after they became Kibito Kai I think he could sense Ki.

But yeah Supreme Kai is definitely underrated. I think a lot of that has to do with his attitude and how he fears all his enemies.
